2. Ordering & Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason (pricing errors, stock issues, failed KYC/AML checks).
- Prices shown include any stated taxes. Shipping, insurance, and handling charges may be added at checkout.
- Payments must be made using the available payment methods. For card payments, your card issuer’s rules apply. We do not store full card numbers — third-party processors handle card data.
3. Pricing & Purity
Goldbazaar prices fluctuate with market rates. Product prices on the site are valid at the time of purchase. Each product page displays the purity (e.g., 22K, 24K) and weight. Our items come with a certificate of purity where applicable.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship via insured, tracked courier services. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, additional charges may apply for re-shipment.We will deliver your products within 5-10 days
5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Because Goldbazaar/jewelry items are sensitive goods, our returns policy depends on the product type:
- Customized / Made-to-order items: Non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Standard stocked items: May be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition and packaging; return shipping is at buyer's cost unless the item is defective.
- Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 7–14 business days.
- Once the refund request is approved, The Refunded Amount will be processed and credited within 10 days to the original mode of payment.
6. Warranty & Liability
We warrant that materials conform to stated purity. Apart from this, products are sold "as is". Our liability for any claim arising from a product is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. KYC, AML & Regulatory Compliance
For purchases above regulatory thresholds or as required by law, we will request identity documents (e.g., government ID, PAN/TIN) and transaction details. We may retain copies for compliance. Refusal to provide requested documents may result in order cancellation.
